The hotel's location next to the sea was absolutely stunning. We were able to easily access the viewing platform and witness the breathtaking whirlpools. The hotel also provided a free shuttle to nearby attractions like the ferry pier and the Otsuka Museum of Art. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful and friendly.
The hotel's facilities felt a bit outdated, but this didn't affect our overall comfort during our stay.

The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were also impressive. Additionally, the staff's proficiency in English and Mandarin made communication easy, and the hotel provided a free shuttle to the nearby ferry pier.

The view from the hotel was outstanding, with a fantastic bridge and whirlpool in sight. the free shuttle service was an excellent opportunity to get to the tourist attractions nearby. the staff was quite friendly and welcoming.
The onsen was incredibly basic - no outdoor space - and the price was not worth the quality. the hotel was massively undergoing renovations during Easter, and the lobby was closed;

Fantastic View and Serenity
The view from the room of the sea and the stunning bridge were breathtaking. The serenity that surrounded this hotel was amazing that made it perfect for our romantic escape. the staff were very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate our requests and needs, like the shuttle service they provided. The hotel’s location was also a plus as it was near several tourist destinations.
We were hoping for more dining options as we stayed for several nights. The hotel only has one restaurant and there are limited choices on the menu.

Over Easter weekend, we enjoyed the stunning view of the bridge and whirlpool from our room. The hotel was conveniently located near the Otsuka Museum of Art, and the free shuttle service that transported us to the ferry pier was very helpful. We also appreciated the friendly staff who spoke English fluently, and the delicious food served at the on-site restaurant.
Although we were hoping to take a dip in the swimming pool, it was unfortunately closed for the season. We were also disappointed that there was no outdoor onsen available.
